Seventy-three mothers participated, with the experimental group receiving short-term training based on a three-stage emotion–cognition–behavior model. Compared to the control group, mothers who underwent the intervention showed significant improvements in emotional well-being, coping strategies, and family cohesion, as well as reductions in their children’s behavioral and emotional difficulties. The findings highlight the effectiveness of targeted, skills-based programs in empowering parents and promoting healthier family dynamics.
